On
October 19, 2006, the NC Coalition for Lobbying &
Government Reform was honored by the NC
Justice Center, one of the state’s leading anti-poverty
policy organizations, with the Defenders of Justice Award
for Public Policy and Advocacy.
The NC Justice
Center has been a member of the Coalition since its inception
and Bob Phillips, one of the co-founders of the Coalition
and Louisa Warren, director of the Coalition were proud
to accept the award.
